WOW PASSPORT · PROFESSIONAL EVIDENCE PORTFOLIO

Turn experience into trust you can carry forward

WOW Passport brings together roles, learning, licences, experience, work and industry contributions—linking records to evidence while keeping you in control of who sees what.

Start with what you have · A draft is not an automatic endorsement
Owner controlledPermission by purpose
Source linkedTraceable to evidence
Clear statusNo verification claim before review
ReusableNo new profile for every opportunity
WHY IT MATTERS

More than a profile rewritten for every occasion

The value is not another ID. It is having evidence-connected information ready when an opportunity appears.

PROFESSIONAL STORY

Show a professional journey, not only a résumé

Connect roles, experience, licences, learning and work in one coherent story.

EVIDENCE

Connect each claim to supporting evidence

Distinguish owner-provided information, evidence-supported claims and verified records.

OPPORTUNITY

Reuse information for new opportunities

Reuse it for CVs, speaker and jury roles, matching, learning and awards without starting again.

ONE PROFILE · CONNECTED OPPORTUNITIES

One contribution can connect to many opportunities

When a speaker, jury or mentor role is connected to a confirmed event, session and topic, the Passport shows more than stage presence—it records what you contributed, where and in which role.

As records grow, they can support expert discovery, event matching and a view of Thai, ASEAN and international leadership networks based on real relationships.

Top-level or international standing is derived from confirmed roles and organisers—not from self-selected labels.

TRUST MODEL

Trust grows in clear stages

WOW Passport does not turn a user-entered claim into an endorsement. Each record shows its trust status transparently.

  1. 01
    Owner provided

Biography, expertise, interests and links supplied by you.

  2. 02
    Evidence attached

A file, image, licence, certificate or source link supports the record.

  3. 03
    Issuer or organiser confirmed

An association, institution or organiser confirms only the record it is responsible for.

  4. 04
    Approved for publication

You choose which information appears on a profile and which remains private.

WHAT YOU CAN ADD

Start with what is useful and add more when ready

You do not need every document on day one. Evidence requests follow the purpose you choose.

01

Identity and contact

  • Name, languages, country and a verifiable email
  • Contact details are private by default
02

Expertise and experience

  • Job role, main/sub segment and work locations
  • Licences, learning, work experience and outputs
03

Industry contribution

  • Speaker, moderator, jury, mentor or organiser roles
  • The event, session, topic and outputs connected to each role
04

Evidence and permissions

  • Files, images, links, certificates and sources
  • Separate permissions for CV, matching, profiles and awards
TSPA MEMBER CONNECTION

Members can carry TSPA evidence forward

When TSPA issues or confirms a record—such as membership status, training, an e-certificate or an event role—it can be connected to the Passport after review and consent.

  • Keep learning records and e-certificates in one journey
  • Reuse information for speaker/jury profiles, matching and awards
  • Keep membership status distinct from professional endorsement
PRIVACY & CONTROL

No system code to remember—and nothing is public by default

Use your verified email to return to your information while the system manages internal connections. A WOW Passport ID is used only when you choose to reference or share a profile.

BEFORE YOU START

Questions to know before creating a Passport

Does creating a Passport make my information public?

No. Information and evidence begin as private. Publishing a profile or reusing data for matching and awards requires your permission.

Do I need to remember a WOW Passport ID?

No. Use your verified email to return to your information. The system handles internal connections; the Passport ID is only for referencing or sharing a profile.

Is uploaded evidence automatically verified?

Not yet. Evidence makes a claim traceable, but a verified status appears only after the responsible issuer, organiser or authorised reviewer confirms it.

Can an organisation create Passports for its team?

An organisation may invite team members and connect them to a WOW Profile, but each Passport belongs to the individual, who must verify their email and choose their own consent.
